how to relax, reduce anxiety and improve your
posture, flexibility, balance, coordination and focus.
These are gentle, non-impact arts based on proper
breathing, complete relaxation and how to allow your
mind and body to work harmoniously so that you may move
“effortlessly”.
Because of the soft, flowing movements, they are
practiced daily by people of all ages; including
individuals well into their 80’s.

circulation, balanced blood pressure, gentle
rehabilitation of knee, spine, and shoulder, helping to
break the chronic pain cycle, and boosting of the immune
